Redmi Note 13 And Note 13 Pro 5G Secure NBTC Certification
In October, Redmi launched the Redmi Note 13 5G, Note 13 Pro 5G and Note 13 Pro+ 5G in the Chinese market. These smartphones are expected to be launched in India on January 4, with global sales planned.
Recent reports suggest that the company will also launch 4G variants of the Note 13 and Note 13 Pro. Ahead of the expected launch, the Note 13 has been listed in the database of Thailand's NBTC certification platform. Additionally, the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G has received confirmation from the same platform.
In November, the NBTC approved the Redmi Note 13 5G (2312DRAABG), the 4G variant Redmi Note 13 Pro (23117RA68G) and the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G (2312DRA50G). The provided screenshots show that the 4G-ready Redmi Note 13 and Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G, tagged as 23129RAA4G and 23090RA98G respectively, have also been certified by the NBTC. However, as with the NBTC listings, there is no information on the key features of the two models.
According to the latest report, the Note 13 is expected to feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 685 chipset, 8GB/12GB RAM, and 256GB/512GB storage. The camera setup includes a 108MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro camera. The device weighs 188.5 grams and will be available in purple and green colors, but details on battery capacity and charging options have not been revealed yet.
Already available in China, the Note 13 Pro+ 5G features a 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, a Dimensity 7200 Ultra chipset, up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Powered by a 5,000mAh battery and 120W fast charging, it sports a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 16MP front-facing camera and a 200MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP lens.
