The company has posted information about the launch along with some details on its microblog. As per the launch information, the smartphone maker will be launching this phone in its home country of China on October 27. It will eventually be launched in other countries.
There is a lot of talk in the market about the specifications of the phone as this is the flagship of the manufacturer of budget devices. The Redmi Note 12 series consists of three phones: Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro, and Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus. In an article published on its microblog, the company said that the smartphones will be equipped with a triple rear camera. The company also revealed the color variants of the future series in another Weibo post. Time Blue and Deep Dream Galaxy are the two color variants of the Redmi Note 12 series. The smartphone series is rumored to feature up to 210W fast charging and a 200MP rear camera.
Xiaomi could feature an AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz on the front of the screen. Besides MIUI, the Redmi Note 12 series can run Android 13 out of the box. The MediaTek Dimensity processor can operate the phone in standard configuration. The MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC is said to be included in the Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro+.
