New year, new artists to check out. Due to popular demand, Dance Astronaut's annual performer class highlights the top 20 performers in the dance/electronic genre. From incredible underground wavemakers to future festival bigwigs, bass to techno and much more in between, we're proud to continue our Artists to Watch feature for our 11th year - enjoy.

33 and under

Back in November, those attending RL Grime's Play Tour had the opportunity to open the night with 33 Below. This New Zealander gave an engaging presentation to a previously unknown North American audience. With his refreshing style of drum 'n' bass and British garage, there's no doubt he 'll be hitting the dance floor in 2024. Just one year after their second EP, PUSHER released their debut EP, Motions , 33 Below. 2023 also added several remixes, including the official version of Martin Garrix's "Real Love". It's no surprise that Alice Moss is one of the astronaut artists who will be dancing in 2024. However, Moss' story doesn't just start with her professional debut. In 2021, the British performer teamed up with Toolroom Records for his debut single, The Shake. He has been making dance music since he was 14 years old, playing background productions in the tech world. And after a string of Toolroom releases, including a pair in 2023, Moss has been one of the hottest IDs of the summer since “Calling” last November, which appeared on the playlists of everyone from Pot to Gorgon.
