Redmi K60 Series Specifications Leaked: What To Expect
Redmi, a sub-brand of Xiaomi, is all set to launch its next smartphone, the Redmi K60, and may expand the K series. Ahead of the launch, a leading insider has revealed the specifications of the series.
According to Kacper Skrzypek, a lead advisor, the upcoming Redmi K60 series is expected to come with the Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Pro, and Redmi K60E. The leak also hints at codenames and chipsets for future phones
According to reports, the Redmi K60, K60 Pro and K60E variants are named after Socrates, Mondrian and Rembrandt respectively. Also, according to the dump, the vanilla Redmi K60 might have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, while the Redmi K60E might run on a MediaTek chipset.
Previously, one of the upcoming Redmi K series phones had a 64MP primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) technology. On the other hand, the other variants are expected to come with a 54MP primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) technology.
These smartphones should have a perforated flat screen on the front. It is likely to have a 5,000mAh battery with support for 1,000V charging. Like the Redmi K50 Gaming, the phone may also be available for purchase in China.
Meanwhile, all three variants of the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ have recently seen a price drop. The price of the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ variant (6GB RAM) has been reduced by 1,000 reais. Meanwhile, the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 8GB RAM variant is priced at INR 2,000. This means that the 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM is now priced at INR 19,999 , while the 8GB RAM with 128GB and 8GB RAM with 256GB ROM are now available for INR 20,999 and INR 22,999 on Amazon.com respectively . . The phone is available in blue, white and black colors.
Earlier this year, Redmi launched the Redmi Note 11 Pro along with the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G. Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor while Redmi Note 11 Pro comes with MediaTek Helio G96 processor. Both phones have at least 6GB of RAM and support 1TB of external storage via a microSD card.
