Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale: Here Are All Redmi Phone Deals You Should Know
India's largest e-commerce sites Flipkart and Amazon are set to record their biggest sales this year. Flipkart's Big Billion Days sale starting October 8 and Amazon's Big India festival offer discounts on a wide range of products, including smartphones. Flipkart has announced some deals that will be offered on select Redmi phones during the sale. Most of the offers listed include bank offers in addition to the discount mentioned. The Redmi Note 12 series, which includes the flagship Redmi Note 12 5G, Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G, was launched earlier this year in January. At the time of launch, the model was priced at Rs. 17,999 rupees. 24,999 and Rs. 29,999 respectively. Launched at the end of March, the Redmi Note 12 4G model has been priced at Rs. 14,999.
According to the teasers released by Flipkart, the 4G model of the Redmi Note 12 will be available starting at Rs. 10,999 with additional exchange offer up to Rs. 1000. The company claims to offer the "most affordable" 120Hz AMOLED display. The phone sports a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) Super AMOLED panel and a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 processor and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33V fast charging. The phone comes in Moon Black, Icy Ice Blue and Solar Gold colors.
The base model of the Redmi Note 12 5G will cost Rs. 13,999 during the upcoming Flipkart sale. All other bank offers, except the sales discount, are included in this price. Customers can also opt for the EMI option and buy the phone in monthly installments starting from Rs. 2334. The Redmi Note 12 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC and has the same battery specifications as its 4G counterpart.
Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G will also be offered at a discounted price during the Big Billion Day Sale 2023. The discounted price is yet to be confirmed. But Flipkart claims that at the suggested price, it will be the only phone priced below Rs. 20,000 with Sony IMX766 sensor. Offered in Frosted Blue, Stardust Purple and Onyx Black color combinations, this model is powered by a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC. The Pro version supports 67W fast battery charging. similar to the base model.
The discounted price of the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G flagship is also yet to be confirmed, but it is expected to be much lower than the regular market price. The Pro+ model features a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) AMOLED display and is powered by a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC coupled with a Mali-G68 MC4 GPU. The phone comes with a 200-megapixel Samsung HPX primary rear sensor. It has a relatively smaller 4,980mAh battery, but supports 120W fast wired charging.
Moving on to the cheaper variants, the Redmi 12 4G 4GB + 128GB variant, which claims to be the 'best-selling' Redmi phone, will also be sold at a discounted price during the upcoming Flipkart sale. The exact price has not yet been announced. The phone has a 6.79-inch Full-HD+ (1080 x 2460 pixels) display, a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup, a MediaTek Helio G88 processor and a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 18W fast wired charging.
The Redmi 11 Prime with MediaTek Helio G99 SoC has been confirmed at Rs. 9249 at the time of sale. This price is inclusive of all offers and Flipkart notes that the sale will be limited to this model only. It will be one of the most affordable budget phones in the segment with a 6.58-inch Full HD+ 90Hz IPS display.
