The much-awaited Redmi A2 series has launched its two new devices, Redmi A2 and Redmi A2+ smartphones in the Indian market and the devices are finally on sale starting today. The two cheap Redmi devices can be purchased through various online and offline channels, including Amazon, Mi.com, and other offline partners.

As for the price, Redmi A2 comes in two storage options.
- The 2 GB RAM + 32 GB storage variant is priced at Rs 6,299, but buyers can take advantage of the special offer and get it for Rs 5,999 with some bank offers.
- The 2GB RAM + 64GB storage variant of the Redmi A2 is priced at Rs 6,999.
- 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model is available for Rs 7,999
- Meanwhile, the Redmi A2+ offers a unique configuration with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage at a price of Rs 8499.
Characteristic:
Both Redmi A2 and A2+ have similar specifications. They have a 6.52-inch HD+ screen. It is powered by MediaTek Helio G36 processor and has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded via a dedicated microSD card. The Redmi A2 series that supports dual SIM will come with a 4G LTE network (no 5G support).
For photography, the Redmi A2 series has an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. The main difference between Redmi A2 and A2+ is the rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Both devices have a powerful 5000 mAh battery that supports longer usage and can be easily recharged via the micro USB port.
Furthermore, the phone has an FM radio function and retains the familiar 3.5mm headphone jack. Xiaomi has confirmed that a charger will be included in the box, giving users a complete package.
