Oppo Find N2 Flip Users Just Got A Great New Music Upgrade
The Oppo Find N2 Flip, one of the best flip phones out there, has plenty of reasons to choose the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4, but those who are always on Spotify may have another.
The music streaming service now includes a widget for the phone's 3.26-inch bezel-less display (the largest display on the front panel), allowing users to access various features without opening the device. To add the widget, Oppo Find N2 Flip users need to enable it in Pocket Player.
While the Spotify app isn't fully functional, you can use the widget to play and pause, switch tracks, and tap the heart button to add a song to your playlist. Spotify content recommendations also work with the widget. So if you trust the taste, you may not need to unlock your phone again.
Most of the playback controls are found on the best wireless headphones, but the clarity of the visual display is good, which helps us appreciate the album covers, which often create great work.
The Spotify widget is not the only new feature of the Find N2 Flip. Oppo has announced voice-text instant messaging that works without unlocking the phone. They see your messages on WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram (among others) and can send instant text replies. From now on this update will be installed automatically.
It's great to see that Oppo has continued to add features to the N2 Flip since launch, with a four-year commitment to what the company calls "major upgrades to the device." Features like these are a great example of what sets sophisticated technology apart from traditional phones. Hopefully, companies like Apple Music and Tidal will get their own widgets soon.
It's good to see Oppo expanding its range, especially with unfounded rumors that it will be launching in multiple markets soon. Fortunately, it was in vain as Oppo is here to stay, which is great news for Android and gadget lovers around the world.
