Grimes Says Elon Musk Was ‘clueless About Why She Was Upset After He Sent Csection Photo To Family
Elon Musk doesn't understand why his ex-partner, Canadian artist Grimes, is mad at him for sending a photo of a C-section to his family.
A new biography of the SpaceX founder is the subject of American journalist Walter Isaacson, who interviewed Grimes and others close to Musk while writing the book chronicling the life of the controversial billionaire.
Through interviews with his ex-father, his ex-wife Talulah Riley and members of Musk's family, including Justine Musk and his ex-girlfriend Grimes, Isaacson paints an "unsettling portrait of a man-child," according to one critic. The New York Times.
Grimes, who dated the Tesla mogul from 2018 to 2022, told the celebrity biographer that Musk photographed her when she underwent a C-section to give birth to their son X Æ A-Xii, now three years old.
According to People, Musk then sent the photo to Grimes' father and sisters, the 28-year-old musician claimed.
"[Musk] just didn't understand why I was upset," she added.
So far, the book has also revealed that Musk and Grimes secretly fathered a third child alongside X and their 22-month-old daughter Exa Dark Sidereal. However, it was not immediately clear when his second son, Techno Mechanicus or Tau, was born.
In the biography, Isaacson also wrote that tech mogul Kimble Musk's brother and his friends "hated" ex-girlfriend and actress Amber Heard so much that it "overwhelmed their hatred for Justine [Musk's first wife]."
"It's really sad that she falls in love with these people who are really mean to her," Kimball said in an excerpt from the book published by The Times. "They are undoubtedly beautiful, but they have a very dark side and Elon knows they are poisonous."
Grimes, real name Claire Boucher, also said Musk was drawn to "chaotic evil" when discussing her relationship with Heard.
"My Dungeons and Dragons would be chaotic good. "While Amber is probably chaotic evil," the Canadian singer explained, referring to her and Musk's shared love of fantasy games.
