For banks and other financial institutions, data usage and development efficiency are critical to their operations. Huawei's GaussDB Cloud Database (DWS) is based on customer requirements. Its capabilities have been demonstrated in the projects of many large banks with high standards and large companies. So far, 10 leading banks in China , including China Merchants Bank (CMB) and Bank of Communications (BOC), have chosen Huawei Cloud GaussDB (DWS).

GaussDB (DWS) has extensive migration options. They migrated Teradata workloads to CMB and BOC. At Guangfa Bank (CGB), workloads were migrated from Oracle Exadata.
