Samsung Mocks Apple Again For Not Having A Foldable IPhone

Samsung is currently the king of the foldable market as it was one of the first companies to launch foldable phones. Another reason for this dominance is the lack of real competitors. Some Chinese foldable phones may compete with the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4, but they are not available internationally. The main reason Samsung boasts of being the market leader in this segment is the lack of a foldable iPhone.

A few weeks ago, Samsung launched a new ad campaign to mock Apple for not having a foldable iPhone. After all these years, Samsung still mocks the iPhone. And while Apple sells millions of expensive iPhones every year, Samsung can't match its flexible, foldable Galaxy flagships.

Samsung's new ad is part of the On the Fence campaign, which Samsung launched in early November. As in the previous video, we have the same iPhone user who is stuck between Apple and Samsung and doesn't know what to do.

The man starts a conversation with the woman, who tells him it was him. "Sitting on the fence between Apple and Samsung." A man is interested in a Samsung device, but worries about what his friends will think if they get it. But the woman explains that everyone around her will envy her.

"When you bring out your new Galaxy Z Flip 4, people are going to miss it," he says. "They will never leave you alone.

The idea here is clear, Samsung has a phone that Apple doesn't. No foldable iPhone can compete with the Galaxy Z Flip 4. But people are in no rush to buy Galaxy foldable phones.

The Flip 4 is priced right to match mainstream flagship phones. However, it cannot match the popularity of the non-folding iPhone 14 Pro models.

This should really hurt Samsung in real life. However, in the ad, Samsung seduces the buyer. He no longer hesitates to jump on Samsung to support the foldable phone. As soon as you do this, iPhone users in turn start asking you questions.

It's unclear when Apple will release a foldable iPhone, although one is being considered. Instead, the company could launch foldable tablets or MacBooks before the foldable iPhone. As for Samsung, the lack of real competition is hurting its foldable devices instead of helping it win more customers.

Samsung's ad pokes fun at Apple.
