Realme GT Neo 5 series may launch soon. The company launched the Realme GT Neo 3 series in India earlier this year with support for up to 150W fast charging, and the next-generation Realme GT Neo 5 series is expected to launch in China early next year. Realme may bring the series to India only after the Chinese launch. However, the Chinese smartphone company has not confirmed the release date. Meanwhile, Realme VP Xu Qi Chase asked his followers to guess the name of the next Realme device to be released with the latest Realme UI 4.0 update.

In a post on Weibo, Chase asked his followers to guess the name of the device that will debut with the Realme UI 4.0 update. However, Chase did not mention anything about the Realme GT Neo 5 series. Note that the Realme GT Neo 5 series is rumored to be the only lineup to launch in the coming weeks. The company has already launched the Realme 10 Pro series, which means there is now room for another series of premium GT Neo 5 series smartphones.

The Realme GT Neo 5 series is expected to have at least two models. One of the variants will support 150W fast charging technology out of the box. The top-end variant is said to support 240W fast charging technology. A recent leak revealed that the battery capacity of both the variants will vary depending on the charging speed.

The 150W charging variant will have a larger 5000mAh battery under the hood. On the other hand, the 240W fast charging variant will have a 4,600mAh battery.

The leaked details also revealed that the phone will have a Sony IMX890 primary sensor with OIS support. Most likely it will be a 50MP sensor. A leaked render hinted at the phone's rear panel design, showing a triple camera setup sandwiched between two circular cutouts.

The phone may pack Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC or MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC It may have a 120Hz AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution
