Chinese smartphone brand OPPO has launched a new 3D out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaign in Singapore.
Titled 'The Champion Foldings, Reimagined', the campaign marks the brand's official sponsorship of the UEFA Champions League and the launch of the OPPO Find N3 series of phones.
The 3D ad campaign will feature a soccer ball and the Find N3 Flip flying off the screen in a 30-second ad. The advertising sign in front of the house is at Ten Square, Landmark of Good @ 1 Kortstraat.

OPPO says Singapore is the perfect country to launch a 3D OOH campaign, citing the city as a key market in the brand's growth strategy.
“At OPPO, we are constantly looking for innovative ways to communicate with consumers. "Singapore is the first country in the Asia-Pacific region to launch the Find N3 Flip and the first in the world to launch the Find N3 Fold, marking our 10th anniversary in the fourth market," OPPO said in a statement to MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.
"Given the current competitive situation, this is an important task for us. This region has always been important to OPPO and we are committed to taking care of its employees. "We chose Singapore because it is a very important market for us in OPPO's APAC growth strategy."
OPPO also told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE that the company will be coming to Malaysia soon, although specific dates have yet to be announced.
This is just one of OPPO's latest interactive initiatives in Singapore. When the brand first launched the Find N3 series in October this year, it hosted OPPO's pop-up studio on Orchard Road.
The pop-up studio presented a photo exhibition, charity auction and photography experience.
“As a global innovation company, we strive to tell our stories through creative ideas. The growing popularity of 3D advertising in the region caught our attention and gave us the perfect opportunity to extend our sponsorship for the 2022-2023 UEFA Champions League season. "...to launch our latest flagship phone, the Find N3 Flip, to celebrate," OPPO said.
OPPO isn't the only brand using 3D outdoor campaigns. In November, TUMI and Shopee Malaysia launched 3D advertising. International travel and lifestyle brand TUMI has launched its TEGRA-LITE hardshell collection in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
A 30-second advertisement on a three-dimensional anamorphic billboard created the illusion of giant suitcases being collected in the air.
For e-commerce platform Shopee Malaysia, the Big Sale 11.11 shopping festival campaign included a fashion show featuring 3D posters of Malaysian girl group Dolla.
A 3D billboard in front of the KLCC Twin Towers begs the question, " Siapa Mereka?" (Who am I?) and invites the public to guess the identity of four female dolls, which in turn look like statues in four giant orange boxes. number one promoted.
Three days later, Dolla appeared to introduce fashion and beauty items available on Shopee, singing and dancing to a new version of her bestseller BAD .
