Google Pixel 7 Pro vs OPPO Find X6 Pro. Design:
Visually, the two phones look quite different in comparison. Sure, they look a bit similar from the front, but that's it. Both devices are made of metal and glass, and the Find X6 Pro is also available in a vegan leather version. The back of this model features a combination of vegan leather and glass. On the front of both phones, you'll find a curved display and a central camera notch. Bezels are very thin on both devices.
However, if we turn it around, things look very different. The Pixel 7 Pro has a camera protection on the back that is covered in aluminum. The visitor is connected to the left and right frames. It has three camera sensors inside and is quite different from your usual camera island. The OPPO Find X6 Pro has a large circular camera island on the back, which actually looks pretty good compared to some of its other (competing) implementations. It also has three cameras in it.
The OPPO Find X6 Pro is slightly longer, despite having the same width, the Pixel 7 Pro is slightly wider. They are also very similar in thickness, the difference is very small. The Pixel 7 Pro weighs 212 grams, while the OPPO Find X6 Pro weighs 216 or 218 grams, depending on the model. The Pixel 7 Pro has Gorilla Glass Victus on the back, while the OPPO Find X6 Pro has Gorilla Glass 5. Both phones are quite slippery, although the OPPO Find X6 Pro's vegan skin feels less slippery than the other. They are very high quality in hand and look like it too. It's a big phone, so keep that in mind.

The Google Pixel 7 Pro features a 6.7-inch QHD+ (3120 x 1440) LTPO AMOLED display. It's a 120Hz (adaptive refresh rate) curved display. It supports HDR10+ content and reaches a maximum brightness of 1500 nits. The aspect ratio of the screen is 19.5:9 and the screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus.
In contrast, the OPPO Find X6 Pro sports a 6.82-inch QHD+ (3168 x 1440) LTPO3 AMOLED display. This panel is curved and can display up to 1 billion colors. It also supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+ content. It also has an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz and a brightness of over 2500 nits. At the time of writing, it's the brightest display on any phone. This panel is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The screen-to-body ratio is also slightly higher than the OPPO Find X6 Pro.
Both screens are great, to be honest. They are lively, have good viewing angles and are quite sharp. Blacks are also quite deep. OPPO Find X6 Pro has a big advantage: its brightness. If you spend a lot of time in the sun, the Find X6 Pro is definitely a good choice. It's much easier to see outdoors than it was on the Pixel 7 Pro. It has better protection, but the difference is not as significant as the difference in brightness.
Google Pixel 7 Pro vs OPPO Find X6 Pro. Performance:
The Pixel 7 Pro is powered by the Google Tensor G2 SoC, while the OPPO Find X6 Pro comes with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is definitely the more powerful chip, but the Tensor G2 is also a flagship chip. and nothing should be done. However, the Find X6 Pro has faster RAM (LPDDR5X) and storage (UFS 4.0). The Pixel 7 Pro supports LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 flash storage.
Both smartphones are quite fast in daily use and most people won't notice the difference. The OPPO Find X6 Pro stands out. If you use them side by side, you will notice. If not, it makes no difference to you as both are fast enough. When it comes to gaming, the Find X6 Pro is the phone. The Pixel 7 Pro performs well, except when we are talking about very demanding games, you will see some issues in terms of performance. Google never claimed it was a gaming phone, so... there you have it. This is fine for most games. Note that the Find X6 Pro has built-in software in China, so the Pixel 7 Pro is likely to appeal more to many of you in terms of software.
Google Pixel 7 Pro vs OPPO Find X6 Pro. battery
Both the phones have a 5000 mAh battery. Both smartphones offer good battery life, though not as high as the Galaxy S23 Ultra and OnePlus 11. During our usage, the Pixel 7 Pro provided around 7 hours of screen-on time. We were often able to get to 7.5 hours, sometimes less. However, the OPPO Find X6 Pro manages to beat the 8-hour mark and offers better battery life overall.
It all depends on what you do with your phone. We put both phones through a lot while using them, even without playing a lot of games. The game is played for testing purposes only. If you are not a heavy user, you may get better battery life. It depends on what apps you use, how often you do CPU-intensive tasks, and how your signal is throughout the day.
The Pixel 7 Pro supports 23W wireless, 23W wireless and 5W reverse charging. OPPO Find X6 Pro supports 100W wireless charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging. Also, the Pixel 7 Pro does not come with a charger. The OPPO Find X6 Pro does just that. Needless to say, the OPPO Find X6 Pro simply crushed the Pixel 7 Pro in terms of charging. It offers much faster wired and wireless charging, and even reverse wireless charging is significantly faster.
Google Pixel 7 Pro vs OPPO Find X6 Pro. Camera
The Google Pixel 7 Pro has a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide unit (126-degree FoV) and a 48-megapixel telephoto camera (5x optical zoom). The OPPO Find X6 Pro features a 50-megapixel primary camera (1-inch camera sensor), a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera (110-degree FoV), and a 50-megapixel telephoto periscope unit (2.8x optical zoom, 65mm lens). . The OPPO Find X6 Pro might have the best camera setup, while Google is heavily focused on software. Which of the two is better? Well, it's impossible to say. Both are great camera phones, but they take different photos.
The Pixel 7 Pro struggles in HDR situations, while this is an area where the Find X6 Pro needs more refinement. The OPPO Find X6 Pro excels at portrait photography, macro photography, and great photos in general. Due to the large camera sensor, there is natural bokeh when shooting with the main camera, and the company has done a good job optimizing the phone. Depending on the situation and zoom level, a telephoto camera can provide more detail, and an ultra-wide camera is great.
Both phones offer high-contrast images, but OPPO beats Google. The Find X6 Pro can deliver atmospheric shots in the dark as it's not afraid to venture out into dark dark areas while still capturing plenty of detail. The Pixel 7 Pro tends to brighten up dark photos, making them look a little unrealistic, but still great. Honestly, it's all about what you like. Both are definitely among the top 5 camera smartphones on the market right now, if not the top 3, especially when it comes to photography.
LISTEN
You get a set of stereo speakers in both phones. Both bands sound great. They are quite loud, have bass and usually have a fairly wide soundstage. We like the sound of OPPO flagships, but the sound is a bit clear.
Neither phone has a 3.5mm headphone jack. For wired connection, you must use the Type-C connector. Wireless The Pixel 7 Pro comes with Bluetooth 5.2, while the OPPO Find X6 Pro offers Bluetooth 5.3.
