The Tecno Spark 9 Pro has collaborated with Designworks, the innovative design studio of the BMW Group, to develop a new BMW-inspired color scheme.

The Tecno Spark 9 Pro made its global debut earlier this year in a variety of colors. And now, the phone maker has teamed up with Designworks, the BMW Group's innovative design studio, to develop the Spark 9 Pro in a unique BMW-inspired color scheme. This phone is intended for specific markets in Africa, Latin America and the Middle East. The new color of the Tecno Spark 9 Pro is inspired by the "ice crystal talisman". It has a unique blue and white color scheme on the back. Not only that, even the two camera modules have a unique pattern reminiscent of the BMW logo.

The new BMW-inspired design aims to give young people the opportunity to enjoy luxury smartphones without spending a fortune. While most of the design changes will affect the appearance of the phone, the internal functions will remain the same. Speaking about the collaboration, André De Salis, Creative Director of Industrial Design at Designworks, said: "Working with a company like Tecno is a lot of fun because it allows us to focus on a different user experience: the smartphone."

The Tecno Spark 9 Pro is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC along with 4 GB of RAM. The phone has 128 GB of internal memory, which can be expanded using a microSD card. The phone also packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. The Tecno Spark 9 Pro features a 6.6-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate.

There's a 32MP in-display selfie camera, while the back of the Spark 9 Pro sports a triple camera setup consisting of a 48MP main sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP AI lens. From a software point of view, the Tecno Spark 9 Pro runs Android 12 with HiOS 8.6. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and more.
