Vivo X Fold S Could Debut As Vivo X Fold Plus: What All To Expect
A well-known tipster has claimed that the Vivo X Fold S could be launched under the Vivo X Fold Plus name. Vivi's foldable phone is said to have the same specifications that the tipster previously shared for the Vivi X Fold S. Vivo X Fold Plus claims were recently spotted on Chinese 3C certification website and testing website Geekbench.
The phone is said to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. A tipster previously suggested that Vivo's foldable smartphone will come with a 2K LTPO display
According to a Digital Chat Station source, the rumored Vivo X Fold S will be launched under the Vivo Plus brand. The leaker added that the previously expected specifications of the announced Vivo X Fold S will be similar to those of the Vivo X Fold Plus.
In addition, optical properties were determined. The device is said to have a quad rear camera with a 50 megapixel main sensor, a 48 megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 12 megapixel portrait lens and an 8 megapixel telephoto lens. On the front of this smartphone from Vivo is a 16-megapixel front camera for selfies.
According to a previous report from the same leaker, the device is expected to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. It is believed to have a 4,700mAh battery with support for 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
This rumored foldable smartphone from Vivo is touted as an updated version of the Vivo X Fold that was released in early April.
Additionally, the Vivo X Fold S is said to have been spotted on the Chinese 3C website under the model number V2229A. The smartphone was also spotted on Geekbench, which also features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC for the phone. The report adds that the phone is expected to feature a 2K LTPO display with an adjustable refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It is also believed to have a built-in ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
Vivo has already announced its Vivo Y35 phone in India. This smartphone is the latest mid-range phone from the company's Y series. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 octa-core processor and offers expandable RAM.
