15 Best Minecraft Texture Packs You Should Try Right Now:
Tons of poems
Wait, is this Minecraft?! Yes, I know it's hard to believe, but what you see is still Minecraft. Daft_Vader's beautiful Tooniverse texture pack may make you feel like you're playing a whole new game, but it still contains all the Minecraft elements you know and love, just with a new face. literally. Just look at the beautiful sunshine in the photo above. Fluffy clouds (no shading!), rainbows and sparkly eyes give this texture pack a really fun look, and it works best without shading so it won't tax your system too much.
If you want slightly lower resolution textures, you're in luck because there are four separate Tooniverse downloads depending on your needs. You can support Daft_Vader by purchasing the 64x, 128x, 256x or the full package. However, if you'd rather try it for free, the Busy Bee x32 pack still offers a charming experience but retains a more classic Minecraft aesthetic.
Pastel hot panel
It doesn't change your world, but it's a perfect complement to some of the other great resource and shadow packs. Especially after adding the Minecraft Cherry Grove biome. Instead, it simply changes the cast bar, giving your health and hunger, as well as the cast bar itself, a rather pink appearance. He will forever be in our Minecraft world - look at those adorable hungry hoods!
If you want to build the pretty pink house above, check out our Minecraft House Ideas guide for guidance! This is our version, but we can’t boast of a pretty design.
Vanilla build is better
It's hard to know where to start with one of our favorite Minecraft texture packs: Better Vanilla Building. Reworked biome-specific mobs, including the new pigs, pastel cows and coral skeletons you see above? Slightly modified vanilla textures, such as bushy plants or flowering trees? Or could it be the textures associated with the beams?
Yes, with this vanilla pack installed, you can simply enjoy the changing textures around you or combine different textures to create something completely new, like multi-colored red stone lamps or lamps decorated with golden terracotta walls. But that's not all, because you can also rename weapons, elytra, guns and more to give your items a new look and give them a completely new and unique look. It's actually a texture pack that does it all.
Stick to the truth
Latest version: 1.20
Staying true to its name, Stay True is relatively faithful to the textures of the vanilla original, maintaining a similar color palette, mob design, and finishing. However, the changes are ideal for those who don't want to stray too far from the original but still want to see a noticeable difference. Look at those thick tree leaves, the details of those flowers, and the brown birch leaves. You can also soften the thick notes if you want them to sound more vanilla.
Retronis
Latest version: 1.20
We're going back in time with this Minecraft: RetroNES texture pack - one of the coolest resource packs around, with an elaborate retro color palette and chunky black fonts that make you feel like you've stepped right into Mario's world. The original artist stopped working on it a while ago, but luckily it was recently revived and updated to version 1.19, although if you want to keep the old sound pack with you, you'll have to stick with version 1.8.
Jekylls
Latest version: 1.20
At first glance, the Jicclus texture pack doesn't look much different from the standard Minecraft theme - everything looks a little warmer and something is off. Upon closer inspection, however, you'll notice cool-skinned mobs, detailed tree branches, and subtle touches like the different shades of pumpkin shown above. There's also a nifty connection bar and a different font reminiscent of fantasy RPG gameplay. The minerals are brighter, the lava is brighter and all this is reflected above, below, and at the end of the earth. If you want your Minecraft farm to look a little different, be it farming or grazing, this is a nice texture pack that will add a little life .
legendary
Latest version: 1.20
With an old-school style menu and a font similar to Jicplus above, Mythic is another great texture pack for a dark fantasy vibe. However, what it does is much simpler: everywhere you look, it looks noticeably different from vanilla Minecraft. As you can see in the image above, the main change to Mythic difficulty is that the mobs you can encounter along the way seem to be a little more challenging. The colors are deeper and the flowers are more saturated, making Mythic the perfect rustic texture pack for dark Minecraft.
Mini Fossil Pack
Latest version: 1.20
Unlike the pack above, Digs' Simple Pack has a miniature 8x8 texture that feels smooth and sticky, giving your Minecraft world a more cartoonish look. We definitely like the look of some of the objects with less detailed textures, like the sculpted pumpkins and grass, but while the blocks and objects look great, the glitter stars in this pack are actually standard icons, all still immediately visible in the new color: Let's take a look.
Loyalty 64x
Latest version: 1.20
The Faithful Minecraft series of texture packs remain identical to vanilla Minecraft, but add more detail to each individual surface. Above we're showing a 64x block, which means that each individual block is 64x64 pixels instead of the standard 16x16 - I mean, just look at the individual pine trees in that tree. If that's too detailed for you, you can go even further with this amazing 32-piece set.
SapexCraft
Latest version: 1.19.4.
Sapixcraft is a colorful and attractive pack of Minecraft assets in a variety of resolutions - we chose 32x, but resolutions up to 512x are available on the site. The packaging is incredibly clean and bright, making the cubes easy to spot. There is also a Christmas addition for the holidays.
Anemia
Latest version: 1.19.
Installing Anemoia is like entering a psychedelic dream world. Anemoia's vibrant textures are bold and cartoonish, yet calming, with cool blues, purples and greens throughout. This collection is filled with surrealism, colorful dogs and friendly alien inhabitants.
Epic adventures
Latest version: 1.19.
Epic Adventures is the game for you if you are looking for something more realistic while still maintaining the typical Minecraft atmosphere. The 32x resolution means there's twice as much detail - we have to say this is some pretty powerful foliage and just look at that thick bamboo. These new natural features are added throughout the world, in green caves and even in the underworld.
Prosper
Latest version: 1.18.2.
Add vibrant color to your Minecraft worlds: Bloom, Bright and Retro is a stunning resource pack that turns your textures up to 11 in Nintendo's high-contrast retro style. There's also an add-on that allows you to use Zelda's Master Sword so you can save the world like the hero you were born to be.
Jollycraft
Latest version: 1.17.
Jolicraft has been one of the most popular Minecraft texture packs for years, and it's easy to see why: the Twisted Texture Pack has a lot of charm. Many Minecraft texture packs have a theme that tries to get straight to the point, but Jolie is all about personal expression.
It's the little fantasy world that best captures his cheerful attitude: a spinning sun is certainly a happier sight than a simple squat square. The color palette is completely different, so in vanilla Minecraft you may prefer green, but you can't beat the cute Mudhop.
Anasta Bystrinia
Latest version: 1.16.4.
Annahstas Beastrinia is a Minecraft resource pack designed to replicate the Minecraft/Pixelmon aesthetic in the Pokemon/Pixelmon style. Its textures are exceptionally detailed thanks to its 32x resolution, and its color palette is soft, with an emphasis on low-saturation colors. There are also Pokeballs on each shelf.
