Infinix has just announced its 260W FastCharge All-Round Wired Charger and 110W FastCharge All-Round Wireless Charger and 110W FastCharge All-Round Wireless Charger. This announcement comes shortly after Realme announced the fastest charging phone in the world.

The Realme GT3 was announced last month at MWC 2023 in Barcelona. The phone uses 240W charging to charge in less than 10 minutes. It's also worth noting that Realme recently showcased 300W charging, but hasn't announced any devices that use it.

Infinix introduces 260W wired charging and 110W wireless charging technology

The Infinix solution uses a smart 4-pump design that intelligently determines power requirements and uses the right number of charging pumps. Infinix has also specified an upgraded high-performance 12C 4400 mAh battery with a multi-electrode plug design for use with this charger.

This battery offers a high charge conversion efficiency of 98.5%. So battery life should also be longer, which is a good thing. Infinix claims that this battery retains more than 90% of its charge after 1,000 charge cycles.

The Infinix charger charger uses a charger cable connected to the Emarker ID chip. It allows up to 13A of current, which together with Infinix charging technology provides 260W of charging power.

110W wireless charging can fully charge a 4400mAh battery in 16 minutes.

Now in terms of wireless charging, it can charge your device up to 100% in 16 minutes. By the way, keep in mind that we are still talking about a device with a 4400 mAh battery.

This wireless charger uses special low sensitivity coils with fewer coils than traditional models. We're also talking about wider rolls that fit into the same spaces as traditional solutions.

Infinix claims that this solution reduces the internal resistance of the coil thereby reducing the heat of the phone. It also extends charging time to maximum capacity and improves wireless charging performance.

The company's custom 110W wireless charger features a dual-coil design for vertical and horizontal charging. The charging station also has a fan on the back for cool air. This of course will increase the efficiency of heat dissipation.

The company also mentions reverse charging and bypass charging.

Infinix also mentions reverse charging, bypass charging and multi-protocol charging as part of its new technology. The reverse charging feature is compatible with many fast charging protocols, including PD 3.0.

Finally, for security reasons, Infinix has more than 140 security mechanisms and more than 20 temperature sensors. The company's All-Round FastCharge will debut with the next Infinix NOTE series, most likely the Infinix 13.

Infinix's entry includes 260W wireless charging and 110W wireless charging, the first to make headlines on Android.
