Infinix Smart 7, HP Omen 17 Launched In India: Check Specs, Price
Infinix has launched a new entry-level smartphone in India called the Infinix Smart 7. The new smartphone comes with specs like a 6.6 inch HD+ display, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, and more. The device follows the Infinix Smart 6 that was launched in India in April 2022. Meanwhile, HP has released its Omen 17 gaming laptop.
Infinix Smart 7: price, specifications
The Infinix Smart 7 will be available on Flipkart with a special starting price of Rs 7,299 in three color options – Emerald Green, Midnight Black and Blue.
Infinix Smart 7 features a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution of 1612 x 720 pixels. For the front camera, there is a water drop on the top. The screen offers a maximum brightness of 400 nits. Powered by Unisoc SC9863A1 processor.
In terms of cameras, there is a square rear camera module for two cameras. The Infinix Smart 7 features a 13MP main camera sensor and an AI lens. Next to the sensors there is also an LED flash module. The phone has a 5 megapixel front camera with a separate LED flash.
There is support for expanding storage up to 2TB using a microSD card. The Indian variant of the Infinix Smart 7 comes with a 6000mAh battery. By comparison, the global variant has a standard 5,000mAh battery. Lastly, the Infinix Smart 7 has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and supports AI facial recognition.
HP Omen 17: price, specifications
Equipped with a 13th generation Intel Core i9 processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 laptop GPU, HP unveiled the new Omen 17 as the latest and most powerful laptop in its gaming portfolio in India. The new HP Omen 17 laptops are available at Omen Playground, HP Global Store and HP Online Store starting at Rs 2,69,990.
The HP Omen 17 features a 17-inch screen where customers can choose between Full-HD (1920x1080 pixels) at 144Hz or QHD (2560x1440) at 240Hz. Both panels use IPS LCD technology.
The Omen 17 features an Intel i9-13900HX processor and the latest GeForce RTX4080 laptop GPU. The device features an HP Wide Vision 720p HD Camera with Temporal Noise Reduction and integrated dual system digital microphones. Dual speakers supplied by Bang and Olufsen.
Connectivity options include 1 x Thunderbolt 4 with USB Type-C (40Gbps), 1 x Thunderbolt 3, 3 USB Type-A, 1 RJ-45, 1 headphone/microphone combo, 1 AC Smart Pin, 1 Mini DisplayPort and 1HDMI. 2.1. It also gets Wi-Fi 6E. The Omen 17 also features a fully illuminated 4-zone RGB keyboard. Finally, there is an 83Wh battery with 330W charging support.
